Who we are

TBE Chinese Institute is run by Hunan Yulong Huaxing Education Technology Co., Ltd., Yuhua District, Changsha, Hunan, China. Contact us at Owenbuckland@qq.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our sign-up form: your name, email, country, time zone, Chinese level, learning goal and, if you choose, your WhatsApp or WeChat ID. We also record which page the form was sent from. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To contact you about your free trial lesson, match you with a tutor and tell you about lesson options. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Form entries are stored in Feishu, a business software service whose servers are in mainland China. If you live outside China, sending the form means your information is transferred to China.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing Owenbuckland@qq.com. We reply within 15 working days.

Learners under 18

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should fill in the form for you.
